Where do we ship?
We offer worldwide shipping. For our United States based customers we ship from our warehouse in Buffalo, Missouri. We also offer shipping to Canada, the Caribbean and more. Contact Us for shipping rates outside of the U.S.

How long does delivery take?
We ship daily from our warehouse at 5 Lipscomb Lane, Buffalo, Missouri. Delivery times depends on your location - mostly you will receive your order within 5 working days.

How do I order?
The easiest is to order on our website. We offer 100% secure checkout as well as financing options via ShopPay.

Do you have spares available in case I need? 
Yes, we carry all the spares required to repair your incubator. If anything breaks, just give us a call so we can send your spares

How long is your product warrantee?
We offer a 3 Year Warrantee on all parts. T's and C's apply
