SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Order processing
Select in-stock items dispatch from our Buffalo, Missouri warehouse on the next business day. Processing times for other products, special-order equipment, and complete hatchery systems vary by product and will be confirmed after ordering or by our sales team.
Delivery estimates
Standard delivery within the continental United States is generally estimated at 3–5 business days after dispatch. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, remote destinations, freight appointments, or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping charges
Available shipping methods and the exact shipping charge are shown at checkout before payment. Free continental U.S. shipping applies only to qualifying products or order values where displayed. Large or commercial equipment may require freight delivery and an appointment.
Warehouse pickup
Pickup may be available from Surehatch USA in Buffalo, Missouri. Please wait for pickup confirmation before traveling to the warehouse.
Tracking and delivery
When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and for ensuring that someone can receive freight shipments when required.
Damage, shortages, or delivery problems
Inspect packages and freight at delivery. Note visible damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt and photograph the packaging and product before unpacking further. Contact us promptly at sales@surehatch.com or +1 860 436 5980 with your order number and supporting photos so we can help.
Address changes and returned shipments
Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be changed. Once an order has shipped, changes may not be possible and carrier rerouting or return fees may apply. Additional shipping charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, refused delivery, or missed freight appointment may be charged to the customer.
