Rite Farm Products Master poultry processing and butcher knife kit. Everything you will need to process a bird after the scalding and plucking stage. Kit includes a 3 1/4 inch semi flexible butcher knife, a 5-inch stiff boning butcher knife, a poultry scissors, an organ & lung cavity scraping spoon, a scalpel with 10 blades, a hemostat forceps, & a knife sharpener. All items are made from quality food grade stainless steel and or carbon steel and are made to last. If you have a large processing party be sure to add some additional sets of knives (separate listing) to this kit so everyone in your party has a set of knives, the other tools just one is typically needed per party. Unless you have a big party and are processing over 100 birds at a time.
